I'm volunteering with One Roof Foundation, selling 50/50 raffle tickets at Seattle Kraken games. On Saturday, our group raised a jackpot total of $18,730. Yours truly came in 3rd place, selling $1,320 worth of tickets. My first game back and everything is off to a great start! #50by50journey

Week 2: I'm down one and a half pounds total (up a half a pound this week). My new habit change is to limit eating cow to once a month. For my blood type and my family's history, I shouldn't have it at all. Considering I was consuming it twice a week, this will be an improvement. #50by50journey

For those following me while I endeavor to lose 50 pounds by the time I turn 50, I thought I would list some of my current healthy habits. This is my baseline that I'm building on or updating. If you don't see it appear as a new habit, it is because it is already a part of my routine. #50by50Journey

Healthy Habits: Things I am already doing: Getting 9K steps in every day, Talking an hour walk outside, drinking water, checking in with doctor on bloodwork, taking vitamins, flossing daily, and regular sleep schedule.
