May 1st, I'll be embarking on my Four Corners expedition again - an unfinished project. I anticipate I will manage to successfully complete it in just over three months. May 1st is the 10th anniversary of my solo 1850 mile kayak journey to every Scottish RNLI lifeboat station. 😊

Awake . I am 53 years old today and so grateful. In 2015 I was given a 5 -10 yr expectancy. Clearly i am so lucky and i am smashing it. No matter how much therapy i have had , survivor guilt is strong.
