I don't think it's all worked out just yet, but I imagine he's able to see specific information about things/people and then enchant things with that info. Like implanting weaknesses into a bullet. Or adding effective health benefits to what's otherwise just placebo medicine. Maybe even the opposite could be done, adding healing properties to a bullet.

or that could just leave a larger wound 🤷‍♂️

But as a drawback, he can't blink while using any aspect of that ability. It's also very mentally draining.

Thought it would be fun to try blending the different things I've written him as before. A mechanic, a navigator, a gunslinger I'm just glad to be drawing again ✨️ This project is nearly done!

I honestly felt varying levels of uncertainty with this one but putting him next to the others made me feel a little better. The color scheme definitely grew on me ✨️

He originally would've had more vampiric abilities, and I somehow landed on subtle themes of reflected light/shadows at least on paper. Those cards would have functioned as both portals and "dark" mirrors of other characters too, but for now I'll just stick with it as an aesthetic choice. I've got too many notes on him 🤭

On to the next! 3 more to go, and I'm having fun experimenting ✨️

Thank you! The color here was my fav so far ✨️ I saw the sort of half-kilt in some FFXIV bard outfits and had to attempt it a bit. I may even experiment with variants of full-kilts for casual clothes!
