The fact her solution to having to “talk through a wall of dead children” is to ban cellphones and not stop committing a genocide is actually insane.

Trying to bulk is hard when you’re fairly certain you have undiagnosed adhd. Like in order for the gains to actually stick I have to eat more but I also have to remember to eat. 🤪

I held onto twitter for so long because I felt like I wouldn’t get any traction on my work on any other platform. Bluesky showed me very quickly that wasn’t the case at all. The people that are following me actually want to be here and I’ll take that over the hellscape that is Twitter any day.
I quit the former Twitter two years ago this week, and I am here to tell you that my online life got a lot better for having left it. In two years I've not been tempted to go back, and I haven't felt any penalty in either career or community for not being there. It's nice to be here and not there.

No matter how old I get, rejection never feels good. What I’ve found that works for me is to acknowledge and validate the feelings, process them and move forward. Not every person or opportunity is meant for you and that’s okay. The ones that are meant to be will come when they’re supposed to. 🔥
