This is a coconut curry chicken dog. Don't know what that is? A coconut curry chicken dog is basically a simple panang-style curry sauce with onions and red bell pepper drizzled into and on top of a homemade chicken sausage stuffed in a freshly baked hot dog bun with crispy fried wontons on top.
