BREAKING: Yesterday Grand Theft Auto VI maker Rockstar Games fired dozens of people, all of whom were involved in union efforts. A British union calls it "blatant and ruthless" union-busting. Take-Two Interactive says it was due to misconduct.

You know when we smugly realize how naive and stupid we were in the past? "Oh lol they thought this or did that haha how dumb". I feel the same way about the present with how we're dealing with the AI hype (albeit more worried than smug).

What appears to be a thick cloud of dust surrounds a circle in the center of the image. The key says that there are 2,000 billion objects in orbit that are less than 0.1 mm.

A starfield image from a professional telescope, divided up into many rectangles. There are lots of bright diagonal lines across the starfield, those are from satellites that flew through while the image was being taken.

The IWGB launched a campaign to defend Austin Kelmore, a programmer at Ustwo Games. Kelmore is part of the recently launched game worker branch of the IWGB. The union maintains that he was fired for union organising, threatening to campaign over his sacking. This is the first public case of union victimisation in UK games industry.
