Last week we went to Rome. At the Severn Bridge I realised I had, somehow, managed to forget my phone. Too late to go back. Luckily wife had done all the organising so tickets, etc were all on hers. 5 days, no emails, texts, banking, cards. Didn’t even know the time. Weird, but actually v good

I remember my inlaws visiting for our dog’s 1st Xmas & giving him an ‘indestructible Kong’ toy (may have been a duck). There was nothing left but stuffing by the time I got back from putting the packaging in the bin
