I hope this snowballs into other fast food places doing something about their false advertising for food that is no longer cheap or convenient. The quality keeps dropping while the prices keep increasing.

This is the first time I've seen a thread so critical of Corpse Bride. I thought it was such a beloved musical. Remains of the Day is one of my favorite songs from any animated musical.

Clingy and jealous. Cross feels like he's walking on constantly eggshells. Shattered doesn't even like that Cross only stays in hopes he can "fix" him, though of course it's much more complicated than that.

Shattered is controlling and abusive, but Cross sees through him. He knows it's all out of fear. Cross doesn't fear for his own life, should it be that he attempts to leave. He simply couldn't live with himself if something happened to Shattered. He still sees Dream under all that corruption.

Deep inside, Shattered is still that scared little boy. Trauma locked him in time, literally. He may not be trapped in stone no more, but his soul is perpetually frozen. No amount of corruption can change that. He needs Cross. Now he even fears himself more than anything else.
