It's a great language, I hope you have fun trying it out! It's great to learn Functional Programming because it forces you to write pure functions.

It has become my go-to language to write almost everything, because of the reliability of the resulting programs.

I've always been shocked by the prices of uni textbooks. It is especially bad when you just want to peek at a short passage or search something you're not even sure is there.
