Our streets and community should be free from acts and messages of hate. We all deserve safe, welcoming spaces, and I have, once again, written to the council on this matter, and asked them to deal with the latest incident swiftly.

Forward with the Employment Rights Bill in full.

No ifs, no buts. Forward.

But real change can't stop there...

From teaching CPR to inspiring young people through opportunities like the fire cadets, and collecting coats for people in need in winter, it’s always so heartening to see the difference they make.

Above and beyond! Thank you!

Well done to the Kingston Carnival volunteers & organisers. Music, fun, & people from our community coming together.

Lovely to see Kingston Mencap members enjoying being in the parade, & the new Green Zone.

‘London’s greatest strength is our diversity’ - we felt that today!

Angela Rayner has always stood for hope and opportunity, achieving so much when others said she wouldn’t. She gave me words of kindness and wisdom during a hard time years ago, and I’ll never forget it. Her work on renters’ rights and employment rights will impact so many lives.

Something particularly tasteless about this when his own tax arrangements are hardly above reproach. Angela was found to have acted with integrity, but nonetheless breached the Ministerial Code and resigned. Farage wouldn't know what integrity looks like.

Each year my lovely friend Liz & I take part in the Night to Remember walk in support of Kingston Hospital Charity 🏥💙.

Funds go towards enhancing care, e.g bereavement support, & innovations in healthcare.

If you are able, any donation would be gratefully received!

We had a great time at the New Malden K-pop Awards! 🎶✨

Well done to the organisers for a great event & sharing a much-needed message: K-pop more than music & dance - it’s about people from different backgrounds & ages coming together, connecting & inspiring positive energy in their community.

Reform do not care about the safety of women & girls.

Their record in local government is one of chaos, incompetence & posturing.

Farage praised Trump & Andrew Tate - calling an abuser & trafficker “an important voice for men.”

Reform won’t work for the people & rebuild Britain.

Kingston Labour out on the doors, talking to residents about what matters to them, from housing to local services.

Labour is working hard to turn around over a decade of total mismanagement & lack of investment - with housing, health & stronger worker rights as key priorities.

Reform claim to back workers — but have turned their back on them again and again, voting AGAINST the Employment Rights Bill to keep:

✅ Fire & rehire
✅ Exploitative zero-hours
✅ No unfair dismissal protection 2 yrs
✅ 3-day sick pay wait

They’re not on your side.

I’ve mulled over posting this for months now. But yesterday it came to a head. And I’m aware that the people who need to see it will either not be here, or will suggest that I’m lying.

I live near an asylum hotel. The reason I didn’t post earlier is that I didn’t want to raise undue attention

Ironically, a trip there was being arranged for her birthday without talking to me about it. I’m only her mum after all. 😭💔

Delighted this funding is coming, that will benefit our young people in Kingston.

As a mum, I’ve been concerned about the huge decline in investment in spaces & opportunities.

It’s brilliant young people have been put the heart of policy, and properly consulted on it as well.

Labour is backing young people across Britain.

✅ More youth services
✅ Real-world opportunities
✅ Skills for life & work

We’re investing £88 million as we build a National Youth Strategy — co-produced with young people, for young people.
