I wonder if any people in the US are willing to boycott US businesses that make money in Saudi Arabia.

ICE under trump has killed people, illegally imprisoned them for months, & treated them inhumanely, but I don't see anyone boycotting the corps that fund trump, let alone do business in the US.

my guess is if they continue to Denver, the guy just gets arrested, but if they land elsewhere, it costs tens of thousands of$$, & the airline can charge the a$$hole for it, making them happy at the expense of their obedient customers. Because All Big Companies Suck.

sometimes I wonder if all of the big announcements of investments in AI (mostly related to OpenAI) are just people reporting the dreams that Altman has as things that actually happened. He wants to build a massive AI cloud, & the public stenographers just accept the "ideas" as reality.

maybe OpenAI sells the AMD warrants to pay for the chips from AMD, which basically gives away up to 10% of AMD to get a company with no viable means of support to buy their chips. Shouldn't AMD be getting shares in OpenAI (the non-profit!) like nvidia is?

trump took the Peter Principle to a new level, forget promoting people to where they can fail, just hire unqualified incompetent hacks to run everything. However, trump does this to destroy government, but the Ellisons will just lose $$ on their Paramount investment when CBS loses 1/2 their viewers.

The practice of quantifying AI computing power in gigawatts is ridiculous, & the tech/biz media just goes along with it as if they were the national media broadcasting trump regime lies & misinfo. Why do these publishers even hire reporters?
