Her story is still in the making, but she isn't your typical mutant. She was a normal human being until (to her knowledge) she got kidnapped. They tried to invent the perfect mutant hunter, Genevieve being the first 'successful' experiment. She has no control over when she turns into her more primal and instinct driven half, nor when she'd turn back. However the more times she turns, and the longer she stays in her other form, the more it affects her "human" form by losing bits of her humanity. She was saved by the X-men and taken in, despite certain members not liking the idea of a "mutant hunting machine" being under the same roof as mutants. She has a special room, made just for her with a special lock down system, and a curfew she needs to abide by in the beginning for the safety of everyone else during night time. She's very obedient and timid, understanding the concerns some residence have and is very respectful. She never asked to be what she was turned into, and is very afraid of causing any harm and distress. "I don't want to be a bother ™" She's very keen on pleasing others and will jump at any opportunity to help. She wants to be useful as a way to show her gratitude. This may let her come off as a little gullible. Ripper is the more docile than Brute, Rogue calling it a big gator-puppy. Ripper responds based off of Gen's feelings, trust levels, etc (basically, if Gen likes you, and trusts you, Ripper will as well. If Gen finds you intimidating, watch out, Ripper might try and bite your arm off-) Brute however, is thankfully a rare transformation, fueled by nothing but bloodthirst. It is the embodiment of the instability of her new powers and a reminder of what is to come once she loses her humanity. Transforming into Brute even once speeds up the process tremendously of her losing her humanity, making the line between Gen and Brute more hazy for her. Ripper is a harmonic center between the two, where Gen is still overpowering the balance.

2025 has been riddled with bad news; many deaths or near deaths when it came to loved ones - be that family, friends or pets. But there were some good moments that helped me push through all the pain of loss and health issues. For that I am grateful.

Here's to hoping this year will be kinder<3

Just reuse your top 10 banger tweets—recycling is encouraged! This way, people will know you aren’t a bot, will see what you are about, and might follow back. Turn off NSFW filters in Settings > Moderation > Enable Adult Contentand at the bottom on Settings > Moderation > Bluesky Mod Service Find your friends from the hellsite using Sky-Follower-Bridge.devNot perfect, but it will find the majority of the people you were following.Beware of fake tools that ask for money! Follow a few feeds related to your interests. In bsky you choose what kind of content you want to see. You can pin feeds (into tabs) to the top of your timeline, and you always have access to the Following feed which shows nothing but who you choose to follow. Block often. Don’t interact with trolls. Don’t quote dunk, comment, nothing. Let them rot in silence, take away their oxygen and they’ll asphixiate. This is the Bsky way. Turn off language filters in Settings > Languages > Content Languages Or you won’t see posts from anyone in Japan, Germany, etc, in your feeds, even if they only post a cool image with no text. Weird, but trust me on this one. Uncheck all to see all posts. Fuck content scrapers. Do not let that trash overwhelm this site, do not share their stolen content. You can block them all with two clicks by going to joabaldwin.com/scrapers and on the top-right clicking on Subscribe > Block Accounts (I know, “Subscribe” is an odd thing to name it, but that’s how block lists work). Use alt text to make images accessible. Helps for translations, readability, findability, and users with slow internet. Turn on Settings > Accessibility > Require alt text before posting It takes time to rebuild, but the best time to do it is right now. Use your last tweets to tell everyone to move, then stop posting. Twitter is a Nazi/AI/bot/crypto cesspit.
