Update:
The technician called me and said that the processor is broken.
But the good news is that my data is still safe since its on SSDs and its an issue seperate from those, so they're unaffected luckily. Theyll only have to swap the broken part out and re-install Windows OS and it should work.

Updated my OC's lore sheet some more. Now everyone got an entry for their name origin and what they mean, so you can look through that if you're interested.
Also changed the time when laying eggs from 3 months to 1 month and that it takes 8 months to hatch cuz in hindsight, it does make more sense.
