Just listening to post budget analysis and the predictable "skivers versus strivers" rhetoric. I didn't hear anything about tax evasion measures. Tax evasion is the biggest hole in the budget. Why does no politician ever dare to grasp that nettle?

It's taken a month for a response to an email asking for an informal resolution to a situation. Today the PA replied, basically saying bugger off and take the official route.
So, official it is. I will enjoy filling out the box which asks who tried to resolve things and who didn't.
