Momo's kidneys are unfortunately unchanged, and they are sure it's because he won't eat his prescription diet. Any tips to force a cat to switch? He normally eats dry food (which the prescription food is), but he absolutely hates this stuff. He won't eat dry mixed with wet and would rather starve...
Major update. Momo will be seeing a specialist tomorrow the county over, where he will need to stay overnight either tonight or tomorrow night. it's going to cost me an additional $5000 on top of the $3,300 that I've already paid, but the local vets are stumped. Anything helps, please share.

Momo is thankfully devouring this more expensive food, but I gotta be ready in case he gets bored of this too and we have to change his treatment plan. His antibiotics could be what's making him weird, meaning he'll need an antibiotic injection if anything changes. Hopefully not though!

Unfortunately, Momo's kidneys failed, but as you all know it is reversible and he is on the mend. I would not have been able to financially help Momo if it wasn't for everyone here, and that is something I am really grateful for. hopefully momo continues to heal into the new year!
