bear in mind before reading, i'm a bit high. but to me, 28 years later and hulk 2003 rest in a similar place in my mind as both films are ambitious philosophical blockbusters that also take enormous visual swings and yet general audiences rejected both despite the artistry at play

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
