I can't shake the feeling that my job may be threatened(thanks ai) I'm terrified and hurt. I'm not sure what to think. Part of me says to ignore this feeling and keep working. Part of me says to bunker down on the indie art stuff and prepare for when I lose my job.

Anime is more something I watch with my partners at night when everyone gets home from work, like a wind down time. I'm not into streamers either, I don't have a streaming service. 90% of what I watch is YouTube.

Some say I'm rather bland 😅 they're shocked by my response most of the time

I can't stand it when they feel the need to BREAK A WOMAN'S BODY to get a "sexy pose". I hate the over sexualization of female characters in most medias...

the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much.

you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.
