Today feels like a proper October day. It’s chilly, cloudy, and a bit damp as we’re expecting rain later but had some sprinkles this morning. We had our walks at the park already so today will be about staying cozy and warm - books, blankets, snacks and snuggles.

One of my best friends in the world was made on Twitter 13 years ago. We text daily and have never met in person. Her son (my internet nephew) was four when we “met” and just started college.

Took Cedric to the vet’s for a vaccine booster and forgot I’m still allergic to other people’s pets and didn’t take a preventative Benadryl. I feel like someone just punched my lungs repeatedly while I sat under a sun lamp.

Missed it last night bc I was exhausted but got to sit in the glow of the harvest moon this morning to drink my coffee

I certainly have not which is why I am glad that I do jot have to work in shared offices anymore. At least at home I can adjust the thermostat and have it make a difference and/or have access to blankets/other clothing if needed.
