A death investigation is underway after an apparent drowning at the Kingston Marina on Thursday, October 16th.
The body of a 42-year-old deckhand on a commercial fishing boat was found underwater at the end of a dock at the marina after a crew member called 911 to report him missing. 1/3

Using a mailbox to return your ballot? Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day. Process changes at the US Postal Service make it a best practice by you to deposit your ballot by this next Tuesday, October 28.

Another reminder that if you use the mail to return your ballot, mail it at least a week ahead of Election Day. Your best bet, if you can, is to use one of our ballot drop boxes. Find locations and other elections info at KitsapVotes.gov.
