Started working my way through this. It looks beat up cuz I bought it used. I read chapter 1 last week; this week I did the exercises from chapter 1 and then read chapter 2.

A book titled "CREATIVE STRENGTH TRAINING: Prompts, Exercises and Personal Stories for Encouraging Artistic Genius" by JANE DUNNEWOLD. TBH, I was struggling with this even before the election. I worked through The Artist's Way, but I'm struggling with morning pages now that I've completed the book.

I'll be honest, I've pretty much spent the last 2 weeks working on my other account for the little comic shop where I work & haven't done shit here on my personal account.

In my real life, I'm taking a class on screen printing & I did a one-day class on making hearts out of molten glass. Cheers!

In my self-defense classes I focus on how most people are socially conditioned to follow the norms of a civilized, polite society — and there is a MENTAL SHIFT required to use violence to defend from violence.

I'm reminded of this while watching our elected officials dithering and delaying. 1/
