I agree. The states that are gerrymandering for Republican seats are already very gerrymandered in their favor. They are going to weaken their numbers in red districts making them vulnerable to be flipped. May their averous be their destruction

1: Stay moving. At a certain you either stretch or walk daily or you can't move. Start NOW.

Since I've been working directly with people in their homes my outlook on life has changed completely.
I'm terrified of growing old alone and scared, and I've seen what happens when someone pushes everyone away out of fear or ego. It scares the shit out of me. And I know sometimes I'm on that path.

The number of older people in this country who sit in dark houses, alone, with the blinds drawn, full security system with a monitor near them, watching the news, with a gun either in their lap or on the table next to them would shock the hell out of you. Some have family, some don't.

Since I've been working directly with people in their homes my outlook on life has changed completely.

So if you're someone like me and isolate when shit gets bad, who struggles to ask for help, or who uses loss as an excuse not to get close to people while actively pushing friends and family away? Another huge issue, and I don't think people even know this is a thing, is that just about everything is done with smart phones now. And many (most?) seniors literally cannot work their phones. Signing things, texting, dealing with spam and fraud or even using the basic functions? They're often lost
