This is actually magic. My steam deck acting as a Wii U gamepad. No mods needed. Just an app on the deck and one sync later, it just works!!!

Did another run to have something cleaner and despite a poor ending level frustrating me is fun
The in game time difference is so insane LOL hm yes 37 minutes so there was ~50 mins of loads? No way haha

Completed the first run. I think there's room to get current route perfect to 1:20:00ish. But the disparity between RTA and IGT is INSANE. Like some 45 minutes of difference? I don't know what the game is counting as actually playing lmfao.

Done routing Air Riders story mode first ending and I can confidently say that final boss is oe of the worst designed things I've seen in a racing game.
They made it unfun in favor of a hype moment/fun race in your first playthrough, but subsequent ones you realize how bullshit it is (even on easy)
