Something that randomly popped up on my youtube feed recently really pissed me off, regardless of your opinion on FFXIV's Dawntrail track, Smile.. Do not use AI to "fix" it. That's incredibly insulting to Soken for one thing and AI slop music is always very samey. "Your" rock version of Smile, sucks

Already commented in this but been seeing comparisons to Stormblood's story structure which I just don't agree with.

You can argue the comparison of Alexandria and Ala Mhigo being the ultimate focus of both stories but to me Alexandria wasn't the main focus of the story, only the ending focus.

Tbh, I don't get this sentiment because we did spend a lot of time in 7.0 learning about the cultures of Tural, so we did get what was promised. Yeah there could be more but like.. The world was invaded so of course the focus would shift there for a while.

For those who may ask, I did try with Greatsword, Switch Axe and Heavy Bowgun too but either they simply can't do it or the timing is way too strict to be worth attempting.

I have demonstrated it on stream just doing regular hunting with hammer but insect glaive and hunting horn along with hammer can offset non-physical attacks. They get no follow-up, it's more just for powering through the attacks. Ignore the lag in the hammer example, sorry #MonsterHunterWilds
