UNBEATABLE is out now. I worked as a lead note designer and arcade systems designer for this game. I have a lot of feelings about the last 6 years going from learning about this game as a fan to working on it, but you can play the game, and it explains itself better than I ever could.

finished vivid/stasis, one hell of a story and i enjoyed it a lot :)
i've played very few mania-style rhythm games (or really anything using more than two keys on the keyboard...) but by the end i felt like i improved a lot! the key presses became second nature. rhythm game confidence restored,,,

go hire taro, he did the april fools events for 2023 and 2025 for vivid/stasis as well as a ton of other small things in the game and they all turned out great even if i made him hate gamemaker in the process
