Thank you. I'm honestly at my wit's end. It's really not funny anymore. Today they claimed I was absent again. I called them again. I gave them my info yet again... This has happened 5 times. This entire week has been me chasing this package. I feel like I'm in a fever dream 🫠

Apparently this whole time they were trying to contact me with Viber, an app I didn't have on my phone. Why the heck would you contact people through a (third party) app?? Why not just call normally 😭😭😭

I called the previous courier who originally handled my package before transferring it over a different courier

Thankfully the lady there was actually very kind and helpful, said she'll re-route the package and try to deliver again. I gave them my info *again* just to be sure everything's correct

Update: I called them yesterday and they said they'll deliver it today but now the tracking site says they sent the package back to the sender and they aren't answering the phone anymore
