Watching the game it was interesting seeing inclusion of Davies, gave much needed stability at the back, gave Klarer and Bielek the freedom/alternate as who goes forward and who drops back to cover, this gave Iwata and Paik more influence on the game as pushed higher up.

I was thinking this. First season back up is just about survival and then build. Granted they have been poor, but they've not exactly been active in improving the squad.
