I got one of those fancy health tracking watches this year to track my sleep, it's been fun to see patterns.
Today I was feeling anxious and jittery bc of the stress from the upcoming move, and I noticed my resting heart rate jumped from 60bpm to 90bpm. :')

i wish more communities used the spoiler embargo rule that FFXIV has - don't share anything publicly about the latest content until about a month after release, to leave time for everyone to enjoy the content spoiler-free. always thought it was such a blessing!
