My 2016 art actually feels like it belongs ten years ago, which is not to say it was bad, just very different!

I was super into drag back then and I didn’t reach my final form until about a year or two later when I discovered the horror/monster genre of queer art, but that’s a tale for next year 🦇

I can finally share these, two packaging artworks made for Magic: The Gathering's Lorwyn Eclipsed Draft Night box! AD: Lauren Brown
They were painted in watercolour and acryla gouache on Arches paper, with some little digital changes alterations made to give the packaging the polish it needs.

I have two more still cooking :3 The course was a blast! Cynthia is a fantastic teacher and a very empathetic person. I loved everything: the info, the approach, the feedback sessions. So yeah, highly recommended!
