(In 2017) I managed to pick up a "guardians of harmony" Pinkie toy at a Goodwill, and I held on to it, knowing it's for my shelves. Cut to two days ago at the same place; they had a Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer figure, so I picked it up, and once again onto my shelf it went. Then an idea floated into my head, and it was saying, "Make art of it." But not digital art—they took a picture of it, and well...there it is.  (So here's how I made this form of art 1. White blanket 2. Staircase step 3. Pinkie Pie toy  4. Rudy toy  5. Light from my living room

From this past month I have been studying and practicing to draw Care Bears and this was one of the many line arts I did and it's the first time I've put it to color and finished one of them in full, so this is a prototype. I looked at all the different styles from the past years to current and tried to pick one that I'm particular with, and I sort of combined the current version with the classic. I debated if I wanted to put the round cheeks in, and it just didn't look right, but that's fine because I'm still practicing. I guess the particular lines I did for it just didn't look right. I want to start making fan art of these characters in the proper way because I'm sick and tired of seeing "slop"—(NOT AI SLOP) but like crappy memes and crappy MS Paint edit jobs and the weird fetish art. But don't get me wrong; there are a couple of great art pieces scattered here and there, and I would like to contribute and finally give these characters justice with actual fan art. By no means am I not going to make MLP fan art anymore. Good God, no, I just want to make something different that is not the same thing over and over. You don't want to feel like a one-hit wonder, you know? They will always be part of me. I just want these Bears to be part of it too. Besides I have always had a soft spot for them. (We have "Subject 15" in pony form based on a story called "UNSTABLE.") (He's a 15-year-old boy with an overall laid-back personality with the power to emit ionizing radiation from his body. Kind of a stoner character. Being immune to his own ability, he literally makes himself high off of it. He's pretty supportive, though kind of out of it at times, and he's also a comic relief alongside Subject 13; his ability is still quite dangerous.)

At the time of the original '80s cartoon to even the two CGI films, they really pushed him as the "temporarily" leader of all of the bears.

On a side note, my headcanon of him is that he still has tan/yellow fur, but he dyes it blue.
