day 891: a few weeks ago I caught footage of some lovely bird and grass interactions. It was washed out and backlit by the sun so I decided to rotoscope it to better highlight the magic I felt in the moment 🌾🐦‍⬛

This is a picture of Kyle wrapped up in a freshly knitted shawl. The shawl is dark grey (almost black), forest green, olive green, and mustard yellow, in large color blocks. It was created by alternating a stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch every 3-10 rows, to create stripes of different sizes. This was 82 stitches cast onto 15mm wooden needles, and then knitted until it was very long.
