Someone mistakenly took my vans this morning at Yoga. But Be Yoga Burien is so cool, I have a feeling my shoes will make they’re way back to me.

BREAKING: Cascade PBS, which operates the website Crosscut, is laying off 19 people, reportedly including its entire news staff. In an email to staff, CEO Rob Dunlop blamed federal cuts, saying the nonprofit is "winding down our longform, written journalism."

So, I've been trying to remain calm and collected, but yesterday someone I didn't know or expect knocked on my door and all of a sudden I immediately went into panic mode thinking it was ICE. It was a doorman sales person, but the fear I felt was so immediate and intrinsic. #immigrant #ice

Kendrick Lamar has single handedly given me that little push from being slightly on the verge of being depressed to being no where near even falling into a slight depression. Can't stop dancing to his Super Bowl single. (Yes that was me at Costco dancing alone in the electronics section.) #kendrick
