Virginia Giuffre's story is so shocking, yet familiar: the same story of vulnerable girls getting abused again & again by powerful men with the Royal Family far too slow to sanction Andrew Windsor.

The EHRC guidance cannot change the law. Any legally constituted female service provision or sport must exclude all males incl. those who identify as women and those with GRCs. So if you want to attempt to undo the legal rights women have fought for over decades you are in the right place to do so.

'Non-binary is the gender identity you end up claiming if you’re a feminist who’s made the category “woman” uninhabitable for any female human with an ounce of self-respect.'
'Left-wing misogynists love Penny’s stance because she positions boring, old-style feminism — with its comprehensible arguments and clear, if boner-killing, demands — as past it; right-wing misogynists love it because it makes feminism look utterly incoherent.'

Feminism is not a stupid movement and feminists are not stupid. If I believed otherwise, I wouldn’t be a feminist. There are times, nonetheless, when even I have to admit it’s been made to look pretty...

We’re equally concerned that you have little understanding of the role of the EHRC in this matter. The Supreme Court ruling clarified the law as it has always been – that is not up for debate. We’d be very happy to meet with you to explain things in more detail.

I prosecute and defend the most serious sexual offences in our courts.

The overwhelming majority of offenders are British-born. Overwhelmingly the victim is someone known to them, either a partner or relative.

Anybody purporting to care about protecting women might start there.

Keir Starmer says ‘get on with it’ as trans ruling ignored
Sir Keir Starmer said public bodies’ guidance should be consistent with the Supreme Court ruling that the definition of a woman is based on biological sex

It's as simple as the day is long.
The Supreme Court clarified:
'The words “sex”, “woman” and “man” in sections 11 and 212(1) mean (and were always intended to mean) biological sex, biological woman and biological man' pg. 83.
Happy to help.
