i watched w leaf in our room on our flatscreen w the volume pretty loud & it still only got 3 & a half stars from me bc i just think its one of those movies thats made to be seen in a theater

im hoping one of the smaller more local theaters here will show it again in the fall to test the theory 💀

i think it just would have been better in a theater /gen like its an extremely atmospheric movie & sometimes that can fall flat bc u really cant make your environment at home as dark or isolating as a loud relatively empty theater
