If you have some time, just start walking. You can it during lunch or after you get off of work. You can listen to a podcast or audiobook and just explore your neighborhood.

I am sorry to hear about the premade being a bit funky.

I haven’t tried a charcoal bag yet, but that sounds like a good idea on top of my standard regiment.

Fortunately, Aether’s head is doing well, I had wrapped it in cling wrap to make a DTD; they just looked dumb, so I needed to get a photo. 🤪
