An example of my streak of awful Christmas holidays: I don't have a tree and I will never have a tree. I had a small tree for one year: it was given to me by my abuser, during one of her twisted head games. After I was fired, that was the first thing I threw away. No more Xmas trees in my space.

Social media is an invaluable research tool for authors. Because you can literally see how effective propaganda is, how easily it spreads (by using gullible privileged people), the hypocrisy of liberals, and how white people will always put their comfort and convenience above everything else.

My eyes are uneven again (meaning my other eyelid probably isn't working. And I doubt my insurance covers the minor procedure to fix it). So I probably won't be posting many pictures of myself or I'll be hiding my face/eyes a whole lot. 😬

Today, the library where I work closed early because it was starting to snow when the director came to set up the Christmas tree and she didn't want any of us driving home in the coming snow storm.

I love being an author. In the course of writing "Arachne's Revolution" I have had to research Marxism (particularly on Capital), the historical anarchists (Voltairine de Cleyre isn't appreciated enough), the history of WWI, inheritance in monarchies, spider mating habits and anatomy. #writing

I love being an author. In the course of writing "Arachne's Revolution" I have had to research Marxism (particularly on Capital), the historical anarchists (Voltairine de Cleyre isn't appreciated enough), the history of WWI, inheritance in monarchies, spider mating habits and anatomy. #writing
I'm in the beginning of my flapper phase and I'm kind of loving it. The sequins, the fringe, damn it's fun. 😊

So I booked a few things for December, mostly tours to look at lights.
I was curious about a trolley tour that was on the pricey side, but ultimately decided against it because it advertised drinking and caroling and I'm not going to lie, that sounds extremely annoying.
