Short story: Tabasco peppers in my greenhouse, dried in the food dehydrator then crushed with pestle & added to the pepper mill.

They’re so good! I was wondering what I would do with so many of them. This is just from one day’s harvest & there’s loads more.

Winter is coming. We’re harvesting the last of the summer crops & I’m going to test what we can grow & overwinter in the greenhouse. I’m starting with tomatoes, chillies & basil. Many of my precious orchids are in there too.

Winter means citrus 🍊 season! We’re harvesting our first crop of oranges: Washington navels, one of our faves. These produced fruit so quickly compared to the other varieties we’ve planted.

I hate driving & would prefer to have a walkable community x efficient public transport lifestyle.

I already owned my dream car (red Audi A3 convertible with Bang & Olufsen sound & black Milano leather with red stitching). Had to sell it when I left the country 😩

Things have been going amazing in Charlotte and I love that for me. I've been on a lot of nature walks, eating a lot of food and my boyfriend has been making me laugh 😭😭 it feels refreshing because I feel like I have finally arrived. like I am really HER.

I was out plant hunting with my friends yesterday.

I made my famous nachos & my sister made us her amazing pink gin & tonics before we headed out (none for the designated driver). What a blast 😄
