Just one of my bffs explaining better than me what emotional turmoil we’re all suffering from in tech & using tech.
The thing is, in 2025, folks need to reconcile the increasing conflict between their product/technology decisions and their personal values. That tipping point will be different for everyone, but folks need to decide how much they want to support something that is ultimately working against them.

+ how I try to find good bosses

-right-sizing & re’orging teams to optimize for learning (just did that at O)
