This fledgling Cardinal is 1 of 2 in the 4th brood of a pair nesting in our hedge. She’s so young she doesn’t have her tail feathers yet. If you look closely there’s a tinge of red on the tip of her tail and the edge of her wing. All taken in my central #Toronto backyard. #birding #backyardbirding

A very tiny bird with a very loud call, I’ve been listening to the Warbling Vireo for almost two weeks. Finally was able to catch a glimpse and grab a couple of shots.
