Heartbroken that, per his social media accounts, Drew Struzan has left us. His poster and album art was quite simply shorthand for imagination for countless young people.

E.T. Adventure poster, 1990. I still have one of these hanging in my childhood bedroom.

Star Wars Special edition triptych, 1997. I remember seeing all of these in the paper as each film was re-released and just felt a burst of energy those mornings.

For a long long time I used to avoid giving characters eyepatches because people close to me that I respected told me they were ugly.
If eyes are a window into the soul then an eyepatch is like a locked door hiding a character's deep empathy in plain sight. These days I think they're very beautiful!

I am dodging most of the stuff but, I am convinced that someone just at Gamefreak is leaking all of Z-A, Gen 10 details and stuff about a 3rd Legends game for Pokemon.

Not secured servers be damned.

Ill try to keep away from all this but it sucks imo.

Other stuff in Jump this week was good too. I feel Kagurabachi may love it's power system stuff too much at times but I guess we gotta see what they do. Otr was actually fantastic as well.

I'ma be so bothered if that new Final Fantasy Dissidia on phones plays like a Dissidia game we actually wanted that wasn't NT.

On the other hand if it doesn't I will feel a lot less bad about it.

A Blue Box crossover in Witch Watch was unexpected. Didn't read much of Blue Box but, I know it's vibe so it was really funny to see the artstyle change and jokes about talking outside of speech bubbles. Wrapping it around to Mori needs to do was good too.
