The Constitution should be amended to allow criminal charges to be filed against federal agents such as ICE and CBP. Right now these agents can kill and injure law-abiding citizens with impunity, and they're doing that.

Here's what the Europeans including the UK should threaten the US if Trump says he's going to annex Greenland: Sell all the US Treasury bonds they hold. That will force Treasury bond yields to go way up, forcing the Trump Administration to pay much higher rates to finance the deficit.
