The Washington Post did a comparison of Trump's claims the tariffs revenue would bring in and actual government expenses. Not surprisingly the tariffs would not do anything near what Trump claimed. What is surprising is that the WAPO even did this analysis. Trump lies when he says anything.

These ICE / BP agents who shoot civilians should be prosecuted. Just because they're federal agents doesn't give them total immunity from prosecution.

Here's what the Europeans including the UK should threaten the US if Trump says he's going to annex Greenland: Sell all the US Treasury bonds they hold. That will force Treasury bond yields to go way up, forcing the Trump Administration to pay much higher rates to finance the deficit.
