Thanksgiving, I've always felt a need to be grateful/humbled by the country of my birth of which I have been so lucky to grow up & live in warts and all. 1 year ago today I suffered a traumatic stroke, through the help of the care team, neighbors and friends I can walk, speak, and think. Thank you.

I truly believe he placed Kelly’s Captain rank in quotes because he doesn’t realize that a Navy Captain (O-6) outranks his Army rank of Major (O-4). He thinks it’s the same as an Army Captain (O-3). Plausible, based on his ignorance of joint military ops and pettiness.
