The German states with the most right-wing crimes are: Mecklenburg–Western Pomerania (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 7,1 crimes [per 100.000 inhabitants]), followed by Thuringia (Thüringen, 6,3), Hamburg (6,2), Saxony-Anhalt (Sachsen-Anhalt, 5).

One of few alternative models of computation discovered/invented around the same time - the other ones being Post production systems (Emil L. Post, 1943) and untyped lambda calculus (Alonzo Church, 1936 - Turing's thesis supervisor). It is striking how elegant they all are.

This paper, which will be presented in two days (but pre-proceedings are out today), introduces ωLP-ROUGE, a variant of the ROUGE family of metrics adjusted with a length penalty, which is needed because recall metrics are strongly biased towards the "whaffling" answers of LLMs.

While this is a good move for the UK and for the EU, it does not motivate the UK to take further steps towards re-joining. I beleve the European way is all-in or all-out, not each cherry picking from a menu only the things that benefit them.
