her more of a bhaalist, more of a blood thirsty savage than he ever could. Her story would ABSOLUTELY end with her holding Gortash down and them burning up together when her engine burned out, true bhaalist wedding there. Peak toxicity.

Arriving on the surface, she never intended to return but once she had, she had one goal - confronting Gortash.
Idk what Gortash hoped to accomplish sending Ophelia to hell, I'd have to think about it but I do know that Bhaal would actually like him in this time line because he managed to make

Her relationship with Zariel would be ... interesting, I feel like they would actually have a lot in common personality wise and while Ophelia wouldn't appreciate having an infernal engine, she can see it's benefits and also kind of respects Zariel.

Because you can never really form bonds in the hells, lest they be your undoing and everyone is scum anyway, I feel like Ophelia would indulge in her sadistic/blood thirsty side more and guilt free unlike on the surface

Infernal engine in her chest - I feel like she would adapt to the hells a lot quicker and it would be less of a culture shock than it was for Karlach.

In fact, she might actually find all the double dealing, talking and crossing more mentally stimulating than the Bhaal temple.

I was going to swap #Ophelia with Gale or Shadowheart but the angst potential of swapping with Karlach and having Gortash selling her out to the hells is so juicy.

Ophi would be beyond hurt, she thought they were equals, , she loved him, he made her feel like a person just to send her to hell

#Ira refers to him as "Lord-Father" as kind of a mockery to Ophelia but also because he genuinely regards Bhaal as his lord and his father.

#Betty just refers to Bhaal as "Him" because she has absolutely no respect.

#Amadeus calls him "Father" to remind everyone in-temple that he's a Bhaalspawn and to be revered and worshiped.

#Azrael calls him "The Lord of Murder, Most Unholy Bhaal"
as she regards him more as a deity than a father.

Pre-game/on official murderer business™️, she refers to Bhaal as her "Lord-Father" but internally/in-game/post-game, she just says "Bhaal." but she says it with so much venom, if you didn't know who Bhaal was, you'd assume she was cursing in another language.
