Imagine someone tells you about a sale at a store and you wait til the weekend to go when you have some time. You get ready and go Saturday morning only to find out the sale ended Thursday! Yes! Affirming their emotions and providing perspective. They go through it sometimes. They experiences are so minimal, some things, although small to us, can be huge for them.

ABSOLUTELY! Everyone doesn’t raise their children the same. Also, we created a safe space for our children from the beginning in that telling us the real is always the best way to avoid trouble. Keep it a buck so we can help correct and coach based on wisdom and experience w/o getting punished.
