even if A.I could technically make game everything that it's push out will be an average of every games it's learned from , nothing will stand out as being extremely good or extremely bad , everything a.i make just sameish and it's obvious with generative music , images and videos.

Totally understand, having A.I shoved in your face all the time is annoying. They're so impatient to get people's to jump on the new buzz it's might make A.I even more dangerous them it should be.

Most of the time a SNES game has loading times it's due to the game being compressed, the most obvious case is Street fighter Alpha 2.
