Amanda by HS Cross - but there’s some cross referencing so it’s not necessary at all but I’d recommend her others first. I found the books hard to follow bc she uses — instead of “ “ for dialogue, but I did the audio of Wilberforce and there isn’t one for Grievous yet as far as I know.

Colleague was so rude to me yesterday I retracted my typical “I am happy to help” approach and instead told him it wasn’t my job and his comments were rude and unprofessional.

I was also accused of appearing “violent” because of these. I don’t think cutting up a tie and ripping up a letter are particularly violent.

They were outlets for my sadness and frustration. Is it the “right thing” to do to post the photos? Not particularly, no.

Good morning! I allowed myself to be manipulated into deleting these photos once but I’ve learned my lesson.

Love bombing = 🚩so I destroyed the gift, a school tie so we could match 🙄

A “heartfelt” letter that was all lies & functioned as an abusive control attempt.

Lesson. Learned.
