Mamdani is courting Jews who donโt align with Israelโs right to exist. Those Jews and groups such as JVP do not represent 90% or more of Jewish people.
The ADL criticizes Mamdani for not meeting with "mainstream" Jewish groups, but they define "mainstream" in such a way such that if any Jewish groups meet with Mamdani, as many have, they no longer count as "mainstream." It is a game that cannot be won.
