Talked with PEGI and they do not see anything wrong Balatro being rated 18+, nor with EA sports FC (and similar games) having a 3+ rating

As someone who played a ton of card games growing up and was taught the basics of poker hands and stuff when I was like 9, the way PEGI associates Balatro with gambling is just bewildering to me. I didn't even know poker had a gambling component until I was way older, it was just another card game.

I know Atlus is trying to get away from the 1.5 definitive editions, but Metaphor could use it. Beyond just doing full VA, there's more that should be done for Metaphor.

We are feasting on RPGs in 2023. This volume is usually held for the end of a generation. 2023 feels like the first real year of this gen. Yet another Trails of game released today.

Trails into Reverie: helluva game. A series focused on story versus tech is still enjoyable 10+ games later. Each game building on the same storylines; same characters. Somehow, each game feels unique while still like comfort food. But… the translation is rough in spots like many NISA games today.

New speakers installed and tuned. Not having game audio sound muddy through the center channel is really nice.
