So this is bad. Figure that workers need their cars to get to work or shopping. Falling behind and knowing the risk of losing your car means that these people are at the end. They are having to choose between shelter and a car; between food and a car.

Democrats and Republicans have been unable to resolve an impasse over federal healthcare spending. The government will shutdown at the end of the day on Tuesday barring a last-minute breakthrough.
